The courses are offered at three dynamic levels: Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced.
All levels will require:

Commitment: Sessions run for 1 hour per week and span between 11 and 15 weeks, depending on the course.

Flexible timing: Classes are scheduled between 4 pm and 8 pm in your local time zone, with multiple weekday options (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

Hands-on learning: Weekly projects allow you to apply your insights directly within your organisation.

End-of-course feedback: With an additional, (optional) opportunity for valuable input from colleagues, peer groups, and line managers to refine your leadership skills.
A Foundational Course for New and Middle-Level Leadership
