The courses are at 3 levels: Foundational, Intermediate and Advanced.  

• You can request to join any of the levels or topics.
• Each session will take up 1 hour per week and last up to 15 weeks September courses (11 weeks) January courses 15 weeks (depends on the course).
• The session will take place approximately between 4pm and 8 pm in your time zone and there will be availability on a number of days in the week (Not normally Saturday or Sunday).
• In addition to the session there will be a project most weeks that you will complete in your own organisation during that week.
• At the end of the course there will be an option for you to get feedback from your work colleagues, peer group and line managers if you wish.
• For the September courses, you will need to register your interest by 1st July.
• You will be sent time and day options by the 1st August.
• Once you have registered for the day and time of your course you will be invoiced for payment to be made at least 4 weeks before the start of the course.
• You may pay in either 1 or 2 instalments to a UK bank in pounds sterling (GBP).
• If paying by instalments the 2nd instalment must be paid by the start of Session 4 of your course.
• For the January Courses, you will need to register your interest by 1st November.
• You will be sent time and day options by the 1st December.
• Once you have registered for the day and time of your course you will be invoiced for payment to be made at least 4 weeks before the start of the course.

Leadership Courses Current Prices

Do I pay when I register my interest?

No!  You will only have to pay when you have signed up for a specific course, day and timeslot. 

Registering your interest on our form does not require payment. It allows us to timetable slots for key regions and time zones in advance.

How many places are available?

Each course is limited to 5 people. However, there will be a number of daily groups that you could be allocated to and there will be a choice of days.  The number of groups available will be based on demand from your region.

Our sample timetable on the courses page will give you an idea of the days and times available. We do not normally run courses at the weekend unless there is considerable demand.

The courses are allocated on a first come - first served basis. 

You will be offered available slots for your region.

If all available slots are already filled, we will contact you to pre register for the next available start date.

Will you increase the number of participants in a group?

No, quality leadership support is best served when groups are kept small to enable all participants to get the maxium benefit from the course. 

*The only time this may change is if a number of participants are signed up from the same organisation for CPD courses.
